Terms of Service

Welcome to Tonafy, operated by Shiraz Innovations (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using Tonafy (the “Service”) at tonafy.com, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Tonafy helps you generate suggested guitar and bass amp settings to recreate tones from songs on your own gear. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Tonafy offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the current plan price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

4. AI-generated content

Tonafy's settings are generated using AI and are provided for informational purposes only. We don't guarantee accuracy — actual results vary depending on your equipment and setup. Use your own judgment when applying any settings. We're not responsible for any damage to your equipment from applying suggested settings.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service, attempt to access it improperly, scrape or copy its data, resell it, or use it to build a competing product.

6. Intellectual property

Tonafy and its content belong to Shiraz Innovations. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the Service.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
